Vincent Bailey

Founder & President

Vincent is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and tenant relations. From the start, Vincent has been eagerly dedicated to the growth of Bailey's Real Estate holdings and investments. He has gained a high level of experience throughout the greater Central New York market. He has owned several companies that he has sold and is now fully dedicated to the growth and the future of Bailey's Real Estate.

Douglas Bailey

Chief Operating Officer

Douglas over sees the company systems and operations. He graduated from Clarkson University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Douglas has held several positions that include VP of operations, Operations manager, facilities manager, and environmental manager for multiple corporations throughout central and upstate New York. Over the past several years Douglas has over-seen the planning and construction of multiple projects. including:

  • Engineering Laboratory and Manufacturing Space Renovation/Buildout –$1,00,000 (8,500 ft²) 

  • Research & Development Office Renovation/Buildout - $2,000,000 (30,000 ft²) 

  • Service & Repair Department Renovation/Buildout - $500,000 (8,500 ft²)

  • Construction and Installation of a Tin/Zinc Coating Line - $6,000,000 

  • Manufacturing Building Addition - $22,000,000 (50,000 ft²)
