Bailey's Real Estate acquired 412 Genesee Street for development. The site occupies 2.72 acres on NYS Route 5 and is in close proximity to some of Oneida’s largest employers, including: hospitals, medical/professional offices, and retail centers.
The site is now home to a Byrne Dairy Convenience Store and Deli. Byrne Dairy is a third generation, family-owned company that has been in the dairy business since 1933. With a focus on homegrown quality, they started out bottling and delivering milk to NY families by horse-drawn wagons. In addition to producing an array of products, Byrne Dairy operates 65 convenience stores throughout Upstate New York.
Glenford Estates Apartment Community | Clinton, NY
Glenford Estates is located steps outside of the village of Clinton. This apartment community is perfectly placed just off the beaten path in a park-like setting that boasts mature trees and a scenic trout stream. The property is very convenient; just a half mile from a CVS and a Hannaford Supermarket.

Bailey's Real Estate is actively participating in the redevelopment of the City Center Building. The property sits at the corner of Main Street/State Route 46 and Madison Street in Oneida, NY. The property is located on a signalized corner in the center of the downtown business district. Bailey's Real Estate acquired an interest in this property for the purpose of redeveloping it. Unfortunately, for unsure and non-disclosed reasons, Bailey's Real Estate was unable to gain the blessing from the municipal agency controlling the remainder of the property.
123 Morgan Lane | Oneida, NY
Bailey's Real Estate saw the opportunity to completely update and renovate both the inside and outside of this residential home. Once renovations were completed, the home was placed for sale and sold within the first week of being on the market. This relatively small project was a large success both financially for the investors and for the neighbors, as they were delighted with the final outcome!
